Hello, all diabetics, ok blood sugar was alittle high today, 167, but blood pressure was better than a few days ago, 155/83. Tuesday I start the diet and exercise program. I have lost over 20 pounds since I started this diet and exercise program 3 months ago, now it’s time to take it to the next level. I have been off medications for over 3 weeks and I feel great. My theory is that, once I start the fruit, vegetable and protein diet again, then within two weeks I will have lost another 10 pounds and my blood sugar and pressure will be in even better shape, so follow me as I go on this journey and let’s see if I am right about this.
